Women’s Health
-
There is no such thing as “TMI” in this therapeutic relationship. We will explore what is important to you.
I draw upon expertise gained from a postgraduate clinical fellowship in Women’s Health where I studied with the “best of the best” clinical mentors (eg. Harvard Medical School affiliates).
I continue to learn from fellow human beings who courageously show up and trust me with in their most vulnerable states.
No matter where you are in your journey, we can explore concerns such as:
• experiencing painful sex or a decrease in sexual pleasure
• struggling with postpartum depression or anxiety
• “should I freeze my eggs?”
• trying to get pregnant
• actively engaging in fertility treatment
• suffering miscarriage or loss during IVF
• adjusting to anxiety or depression during pregnancy
• looking for healing after a traumatic birth
• deciding not to have children
• challenges of “being single” during your journey
• difficulty relating to your partner, if you have one
• challenges of parenting little humans
• perimenopause + menopause support
